China has a long-established and highly skilled garment industry, with extensive expertise in fabric development, dressmaking and detailed construction. Working closely with our production team allows us to remain involved throughout the entire process—from the first sample and fabric selection to fit adjustments, finishing and final quality control. Each design is reviewed and refined to ensure that the finished garment reflects Leonora’s vision and standards.
Rather than producing large quantities, we create our collections in carefully considered, limited production runs. This small-batch approach allows us to give greater attention to every style, maintain closer oversight of the production process and avoid producing unnecessary volumes. It also makes each Leonora piece feel more considered and distinctive.
